Decidify ("we", "our") helps you find US cities that fit your priorities, through the Decidify mobile app and the website decidify.co (together, the "Service").

We built Decidify on a simple principle: we collect as little personal information as possible. This policy explains what we handle and how.

The Service is operated by Elif Hilal Pek, based in Istanbul, Türkiye, who is the data controller for the purposes of this policy.

Information we collect

• Quiz and profile responses. When you take the matching quiz, your answers (such as budget priorities, lifestyle preferences, household type, and relocation stage) are processed to generate your city recommendations. These responses are stored anonymously and are not linked to your name, email, or any identity.
• Your email address (website purchases only). If you buy access on decidify.co, we ask for an email address at checkout. We use it to send you your access link, to let you restore access later, and to contact you about your purchase. We do not use it for marketing and we do not add you to any mailing list.
• Purchase information. In the mobile app, purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) and managed through our payments partner, RevenueCat. On the website, purchases are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made and its status, but we never receive or store your payment card details.
• Basic technical data. Like most apps and websites, our infrastructure may process limited technical information (such as device type, browser, or app version) needed to deliver and troubleshoot the Service.

In the mobile app, we do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or precise location. On the website, the only personal identifier we ask for is the email address described above. Neither requires you to create an account.

Cookies

The website uses a single essential cookie. After a purchase, we set a secure, signed cookie in your browser so that the site knows your access is valid without asking you to log in. It contains no advertising or tracking identifiers, and it expires periodically for security.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party trackers.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't show third-party ads or use advertising trackers.
• We don't build advertising profiles about you.

How we use information

We use the information above only to generate and personalize your city recommendations, to deliver and restore your purchase, and to maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run Decidify:

• Supabase — hosts our city database, stores anonymous quiz and profile responses, and stores website purchase records (including the email address used at checkout).
• Paddle.com — processes website purchases as Merchant of Record, including payment, invoicing, tax, and refunds.
• RevenueCat, Apple, and Google — process and manage mobile app purchases.
• Vercel — hosts and serves the website.
• Expo (EAS) — delivers the mobile app and its over-the-air updates; when the app checks for an update, limited device and app-version metadata is processed to serve the correct version.

These providers process data only to provide their service to us.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside Türkiye and outside the country where you live, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, these transfers rely on the safeguards offered by those providers.

Data retention

Anonymous quiz and profile responses are retained to operate and improve the matching service. Because they aren't tied to an identity, they can't be traced back to you individually.

Website purchase records, including the email address used at checkout, are retained for as long as your access remains valid and for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law. Mobile app purchase records are retained as required by the app stores and applicable law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in Europe, the KVKK in Türkiye, or the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of personal information we hold about you.

Because Decidify stores quiz data anonymously and doesn't maintain accounts, we often hold no information that identifies you personally. If you purchased on the website, the information we hold about you is normally limited to your email address and your purchase record. To make a request, contact us at the address below and we'll help.

Children

Decidify is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.

Decidify ("nosotros") te ayuda a encontrar ciudades de EE. UU. que se ajusten a tus prioridades, a través de la app móvil Decidify y del sitio web decidify.co (conjuntamente, el "Servicio").

Construimos Decidify sobre un principio simple: recopilamos la menor cantidad posible de información personal. Esta política explica qué tratamos y cómo.

El Servicio es operado por Elif Hilal Pek, con base en Estambul, Türkiye, quien actúa como responsable del tratamiento a efectos de esta política.

Información que recopilamos

• Respuestas del quiz y del perfil. Cuando completas el quiz de coincidencia, tus respuestas (como prioridades de presupuesto, preferencias de estilo de vida, tipo de hogar y etapa de mudanza) se procesan para generar tus recomendaciones de ciudades. Estas respuestas se almacenan de forma anónima y no se vinculan a tu nombre, correo ni a ninguna identidad.
• Tu dirección de correo electrónico (solo compras en el sitio web). Si compras acceso en decidify.co, te pedimos un correo electrónico al finalizar la compra. Lo usamos para enviarte tu enlace de acceso, permitirte restaurar el acceso más adelante y contactarte sobre tu compra. No lo usamos para marketing ni te añadimos a ninguna lista de correo.
• Información de compra. En la app móvil, las compras las procesa Apple (App Store) o Google (Play Store) y se gestionan a través de nuestro socio de pagos, RevenueCat. En el sitio web, las compras las procesa Paddle.com, que actúa como comerciante registrado (Merchant of Record). Recibimos la confirmación de que se realizó una compra y su estado, pero nunca recibimos ni almacenamos los datos de tu tarjeta.
• Datos técnicos básicos. Como la mayoría de las apps y sitios web, nuestra infraestructura puede tratar información técnica limitada (como el tipo de dispositivo, el navegador o la versión de la app) necesaria para prestar y depurar el Servicio.

En la app móvil no pedimos tu nombre, correo, teléfono ni ubicación precisa. En el sitio web, el único identificador personal que pedimos es la dirección de correo descrita arriba. Ninguno de los dos requiere que crees una cuenta.

Cookies

El sitio web usa una única cookie esencial. Después de una compra, guardamos en tu navegador una cookie segura y firmada para que el sitio reconozca que tu acceso es válido sin pedirte iniciar sesión. No contiene identificadores publicitarios ni de rastreo, y caduca periódicamente por seguridad.

No usamos cookies publicitarias, cookies analíticas ni rastreadores de terceros.

Lo que no hacemos

• No vendemos tus datos.
• No mostramos anuncios de terceros ni usamos rastreadores publicitarios.
• No creamos perfiles publicitarios sobre ti.

Cómo usamos la información

Usamos la información anterior únicamente para generar y personalizar tus recomendaciones de ciudades, entregar y restaurar tu compra, y mantener, proteger y mejorar el Servicio.

Proveedores de servicio

Nos apoyamos en un pequeño número de proveedores de confianza para operar Decidify:

• Supabase — aloja nuestra base de datos de ciudades, almacena las respuestas anónimas del quiz y del perfil, y guarda los registros de compra del sitio web (incluida la dirección de correo usada al comprar).
• Paddle.com — procesa las compras del sitio web como comerciante registrado, incluyendo pago, facturación, impuestos y reembolsos.
• RevenueCat, Apple y Google — procesan y gestionan las compras de la app móvil.
• Vercel — aloja y sirve el sitio web.
• Expo (EAS) — entrega la app móvil y sus actualizaciones over-the-air; al buscar una actualización se procesan metadatos limitados del dispositivo y de la versión de la app para servir la versión correcta.

Estos proveedores tratan los datos solo para prestarnos su servicio.

Transferencias internacionales

Nuestros proveedores pueden tratar datos fuera de Türkiye y fuera del país donde vives, incluidos Estados Unidos y la Unión Europea. Cuando corresponde, estas transferencias se apoyan en las garantías ofrecidas por dichos proveedores.

Conservación de datos

Las respuestas anónimas del quiz y del perfil se conservan para operar y mejorar el servicio de coincidencia. Al no estar vinculadas a una identidad, no pueden rastrearse hasta ti individualmente.

Los registros de compra del sitio web, incluida la dirección de correo usada al comprar, se conservan mientras tu acceso siga siendo válido y durante el tiempo exigido por la legislación fiscal y contable aplicable. Los registros de compra de la app móvil se conservan según lo exijan las tiendas de aplicaciones y la ley aplicable.

Tus derechos

Según dónde vivas (por ejemplo, bajo el RGPD en Europa, la KVKK en Türkiye o la CCPA en California), puedes tener derecho a acceder, corregir, eliminar u oponerte al tratamiento de la información personal que tengamos sobre ti.

Como Decidify almacena los datos del quiz de forma anónima y no mantiene cuentas, a menudo no conservamos información que te identifique personalmente. Si compraste en el sitio web, la información que tenemos sobre ti se limita normalmente a tu correo electrónico y tu registro de compra. Para hacer una solicitud, contáctanos en la dirección indicada abajo y te ayudaremos.

Menores

Decidify no está dirigido a menores de 13 años (o la edad mínima en tu país) y no recopilamos conscientemente su información.

Cambios en esta política

Podemos actualizar esta política a medida que el Servicio evolucione. Revisaremos la fecha de "Última actualización" cuando lo hagamos.

Decidify ("biz"), Decidify mobil uygulaması ve decidify.co web sitesi (birlikte "Hizmet") aracılığıyla önceliklerine uyan ABD şehirlerini bulmana yardımcı olur.

Decidify'ı basit bir ilke üzerine kurduk: mümkün olan en az kişisel bilgiyi topluyoruz. Bu politika, neyi nasıl işlediğimizi açıklar.

Hizmet, İstanbul, Türkiye merkezli Elif Hilal Pek tarafından işletilmektedir; bu politika kapsamında veri sorumlusu kendisidir.

Topladığımız bilgiler

• Quiz ve profil yanıtları. Eşleştirme quiz'ini doldurduğunda, yanıtların (bütçe öncelikleri, yaşam tarzı tercihleri, hane tipi ve taşınma aşaması gibi) şehir önerilerini oluşturmak için işlenir. Bu yanıtlar anonim olarak saklanır; adın, e-postan veya herhangi bir kimlikle ilişkilendirilmez.
• E-posta adresin (yalnızca web sitesi satın alımları). decidify.co üzerinden erişim satın alırsan, ödeme sırasında bir e-posta adresi isteriz. Bunu erişim bağlantını göndermek, daha sonra erişimini geri yükleyebilmen ve satın alımınla ilgili sana ulaşmak için kullanırız. Pazarlama amacıyla kullanmaz ve seni herhangi bir e-posta listesine eklemeyiz.
• Satın alma bilgisi. Mobil uygulamada satın alımlar Apple (App Store) veya Google (Play Store) tarafından işlenir ve ödeme iş ortağımız RevenueCat üzerinden yönetilir. Web sitesinde satın alımlar, kayıtlı satıcı (Merchant of Record) olarak hareket eden Paddle.com tarafından işlenir. Bir satın almanın yapıldığı ve durumu bilgisini alırız; ancak kart bilgilerini asla almaz veya saklamayız.
• Temel teknik veriler. Çoğu uygulama ve web sitesinde olduğu gibi, altyapımız hizmeti sunmak ve sorun gidermek için gereken sınırlı teknik bilgileri (cihaz tipi, tarayıcı veya uygulama sürümü gibi) işleyebilir.

Mobil uygulamada adını, e-postanı, telefon numaranı veya kesin konumunu sormuyoruz. Web sitesinde istediğimiz tek kişisel tanımlayıcı, yukarıda açıklanan e-posta adresidir. İkisi de hesap oluşturmanı gerektirmez.

Çerezler

Web sitesi tek bir zorunlu çerez kullanır. Satın alma sonrasında tarayıcına güvenli ve imzalı bir çerez yerleştiririz; böylece site, oturum açmanı istemeden erişiminin geçerli olduğunu bilir. İçinde reklam veya izleme tanımlayıcısı bulunmaz ve güvenlik gereği belirli aralıklarla süresi dolar.

Reklam çerezi, analiz çerezi veya üçüncü taraf izleyici kullanmıyoruz.

Yapmadıklarımız

• Verilerini satmıyoruz.
• Üçüncü taraf reklam göstermiyor, reklam izleyicileri kullanmıyoruz.
• Hakkında reklam profilleri oluşturmuyoruz.

Bilgileri nasıl kullanırız

Yukarıdaki bilgileri yalnızca şunlar için kullanırız: şehir önerilerini oluşturmak ve kişiselleştirmek; satın almanı sunmak ve geri yüklemek; Hizmet'i sürdürmek, güvenliğini sağlamak ve iyileştirmek.

Hizmet sağlayıcılar

Decidify'ı çalıştırmak için az sayıda güvenilir sağlayıcıdan yararlanırız:

• Supabase — şehir veritabanımızı barındırır, anonim quiz/profil yanıtlarını ve web sitesi satın alma kayıtlarını (ödeme sırasında kullanılan e-posta adresi dahil) saklar.
• Paddle.com — web sitesi satın alımlarını kayıtlı satıcı olarak işler; ödeme, faturalama, vergi ve iade süreçleri dahil.
• RevenueCat, Apple ve Google — mobil uygulama satın alımlarını işler ve yönetir.
• Vercel — web sitesini barındırır ve sunar.
• Expo (EAS) — mobil uygulamayı ve OTA güncellemelerini sunar; uygulama güncelleme kontrolü yaptığında doğru sürümü sunmak için sınırlı cihaz ve uygulama sürümü meta verisi işlenir.

Bu sağlayıcılar verileri yalnızca bize hizmet sunmak için işler.

Uluslararası aktarımlar

Sağlayıcılarımız verileri Türkiye dışında ve yaşadığın ülke dışında, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri ve Avrupa Birliği dahil olmak üzere işleyebilir. Gerekli olduğu hallerde bu aktarımlar, ilgili sağlayıcıların sunduğu güvencelere dayanır.

Veri saklama

Anonim quiz ve profil yanıtları, eşleştirme hizmetini işletmek ve iyileştirmek için saklanır. Bir kimliğe bağlı olmadıkları için bireysel olarak sana kadar izlenemezler.

Web sitesi satın alma kayıtları — ödeme sırasında kullanılan e-posta adresi dahil — erişimin geçerli kaldığı sürece ve ilgili vergi ile muhasebe mevzuatının gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklanır. Mobil uygulama satın alma kayıtları, uygulama mağazalarının ve ilgili yasaların gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklanır.

Haklarınız

Yaşadığın yere bağlı olarak (örneğin Avrupa'da GDPR, Türkiye'de KVKK veya Kaliforniya'da CCPA kapsamında), hakkında tuttuğumuz kişisel bilgilere erişme, bunları düzeltme, silme veya işlenmesine itiraz etme hakların olabilir.

Decidify quiz verilerini anonim sakladığı ve hesap tutmadığı için çoğu zaman seni kişisel olarak tanımlayan bir bilgi tutmayız. Web sitesinden satın aldıysan, hakkında tuttuğumuz bilgi normalde e-posta adresin ve satın alma kaydınla sınırlıdır. Talepte bulunmak için aşağıdaki adresten bize ulaş, yardımcı olalım.

Çocuklar

Decidify 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara (veya ülkendeki asgari yaşa) yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan bilgi toplamayız.

Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Hizmet geliştikçe bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellediğimizde yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihini değiştiririz.
