Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
This means Paddle processes your payment, issues your invoice, handles applicable sales tax and VAT, and processes any refund. You can contact Paddle directly, or contact us at support@decidify.co and we will help.
Decidify sells a one-time purchase of USD 19.99 granting full access to Decidify Blueprints on decidify.co, including on-screen metrics, side-by-side comparison, and PDF downloads.
This is digital content. Access is granted immediately after payment — there is no waiting period, no shipment, and no physical product.
We want you to get what you paid for. If Decidify does not deliver what this website describes, we will refund you.
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. We will not ask you to justify your request, though we would genuinely appreciate knowing what fell short, so we can fix it.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
We may decline a refund request where we have reasonable evidence of abuse, including:

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom: you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once supply has begun, provided you have given your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
Because Decidify grants access immediately after payment, you will be asked to give that consent and acknowledgement at checkout. If you do, your statutory withdrawal right ends at the moment access is granted.
Our voluntary 14-day refund commitment in Section 3 applies regardless, and is offered in addition to your statutory rights.

If something has gone wrong, please contact us or Paddle before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback is slower for you than a refund, and it may result in access being revoked automatically.
Decidify Blueprints display current data and are updated when sources publish new figures. Changes to the data after your purchase are not grounds for a refund outside the window above — access does not expire, so you continue to receive updated figures at no further cost.
If we change our price, the change does not affect purchases already made.
