Decidify ("Decidify", "we", "us", "our") provides research data about cities in the United States through the website decidify.co and the Decidify mobile application (together, the "Service").
By accessing the Service, or by purchasing access to Decidify Blueprint, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Decidify compiles publicly available data about United States cities into a structured Decidify Blueprint. Depending on the city, a Blueprint may cover housing costs, taxes, climate and natural-disaster risk, home insurance, political climate, health access, broadband, demographics, and geography.
Two principles govern how we present data:
Every figure carries its source and the year it refers to. If a metric shows a number, it shows where that number came from and when it was measured.
We omit rather than estimate. Where a value is unavailable for a city, that metric is left out entirely. We do not display placeholder values, approximations, or generated figures.
Because of this, the number of metrics shown varies from city to city.
This is the most important term in this document. Please read it carefully.
Decidify provides information, not advice. A Decidify Blueprint is not legal, tax, financial, real-estate, insurance, medical, employment, or immigration advice, and must not be treated as a substitute for professional guidance.
Relocating has significant financial, legal, and personal consequences. Before making any decision based on a Decidify Blueprint, you should independently verify the information and consult qualified professionals in the relevant field and jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for any decision you make, and for any consequence of that decision.
Our data is compiled from public and institutional sources, including the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the U.S. Census Bureau and the American Community Survey, the Federal Emergency Management Agency's National Risk Index, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the Tax Foundation, County Health Rankings & Roadmaps, the MIT Election Data and Science Lab, Child Care Aware of America, and MoneyGeek. Each metric identifies its own source and reference year.
We take reasonable care in compiling and presenting this data. However:
All information is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
The price for full access is USD 19.99, charged once. Applicable sales tax or VAT is determined and added by Paddle based on your location and is shown before you complete your purchase.
Purchasing through the website is separate from any purchase made inside the Decidify mobile application. A purchase in one does not grant access in the other.
Full access does not expire. Once purchased, it is yours.
Because Decidify does not require you to create an account, access is delivered in two ways:
For security, these expire periodically (currently after approximately 30 days). You can request a new access link at any time using the email address associated with your purchase. Keep that email address accessible — it is how you recover access.
Access links are personal. Anyone holding your link can view your Blueprints. Treat it as you would a password.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Decidify Blueprints for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

Downloaded PDF files are watermarked with the purchaser's email address.
You may, of course, use the information for your own decisions, and share individual figures in ordinary personal or professional discussion with attribution to Decidify and the underlying source.
A Decidify Blueprint displays current data. When a source publishes updated figures, the Blueprint reflects the update. This means what you view today may differ from what you view later — including the possibility that a metric is removed if it becomes unavailable. Downloaded PDFs are fixed and dated at the moment of download.
We may add, change, or remove metrics, cities, or features. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The underlying source data is published by third parties and remains subject to their terms. Our compilation, selection, structure, classifications, written summaries, and the design and presentation of the Service are our intellectual property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss, or for any loss of profits, savings, opportunity, or data, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may suspend or revoke access without refund where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached — in particular where access is shared, or where data is extracted in bulk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be indicated on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you reside, and you may have the right to bring proceedings there.
